Dear parents, we would like to remind you that it is important to bring your child's e-card with you at least once a quarter - preferably at every visit, of course. This also applies when you collect prescriptions, referrals or medical certificates for your child. A practical and modern solution is the option of saving your child's medication prescriptions as an e-prescription directly onto the e-card. This makes a paper prescription superfluous. We thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding.
Ordi DonauKids has a contract with all health insurance companies in Austria. This means that the costs for the treatment of your child in my practice are covered by your health insurance. However, it is important to note that not all services provided for your child are covered by health insurance. We will be happy to inform you about the services you have to pay for.
In order to keep waiting times as short as possible for our young patients, it is important to make an appointment in advance by telephone - even in the case of acute illnesses. If you have to cancel or postpone an appointment, we kindly ask you to call us in good time. This gives us the opportunity to make the date available to other children.
Two waiting rooms covering 220 square metres are available to our patients. Right next to the registration desk is the spacious waiting room with toys and books for our patients.
To minimise the risk of infection for our youngest patients, there is a separate waiting area at the back of the surgery. In our “baby corner” you will also find a quiet place for breastfeeding and a nappy-changing unit.
We have 4 treatment rooms and an isolation room for children with rashes available to treat our patients.
